This Privacy Policy explains how GRIP ELECTRIC LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), trading as quickbooksexpert at https://quickbooksexpert.shop, collects, uses, and protects your personal information. We are a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16816859) with our registered office at Top Flat, 121 London Road North, Merstham, Redhill, England, RH1 3AL. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Our store serves customers in the United States, and this policy is written to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation as well as applicable US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA).

• Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site (see Section 6).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16, and our products are intended for purchase by adults.

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide ongoing access to your downloads and to meet UK tax and accounting requirements (generally six years), after which data is deleted or anonymised. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data — though we would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern with you first.

Our Shopify store uses essential cookies to run the cart and checkout, and may use analytics cookies to help us understand site performance. Essential cookies cannot be switched off because the store will not function without them; you can control other cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent checkout from working.

Our store runs on Shopify's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure and all pages are served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment details are handled entirely by PayPal.
