In short: digital patterns are delivered by email instantly and free of charge. We currently serve customers in the United States only.
1. Digital delivery — how it works
- Complete checkout using PayPal.
- Within minutes, you will receive an order confirmation and a separate email containing your secure download link, sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Click the link to download your PDF pattern. Your link does not expire, so you can return to it whenever you need.

2. Where we deliver
Digital products require a valid email address rather than a postal address.
3. Haven't received your download?
In the rare case your email does not arrive within 30 minutes:
- Check your spam, junk, and "Promotions" folders.
- Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct.
- Still nothing? Email info@quickbooksexpert.shop with your order number and we will resend your files promptly — usually within a few hours during support hours, and within one business day at most.
If we cannot deliver your files for any reason, you will receive a full refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
4. File format and access
Patterns are supplied as PDF files readable on any phone, tablet, or computer with a free PDF reader. We recommend saving a copy to your device after downloading. If you ever lose your file, contact us with your order number and we will happily resend it at no charge.
5. Sales tax
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
