Welcome to quickbooksexpert. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://quickbooksexpert.shop (the "Site") and every purchase you make from it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery policy, which form part of these Terms.

We sell digital craft products — primarily downloadable PDF crochet patterns — and occasionally physical handmade items. Digital products are delivered by email immediately after purchase, as described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Product photographs of finished items are for illustration; a pattern purchase provides the instructions to make the item, not the finished item itself, unless the listing clearly states otherwise.

3. Orders and payment

• All prices are displayed in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is taken securely via PayPal. Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email.
• We may cancel and refund an order where a listing contained an obvious pricing error, where fraud is suspected, or where we cannot deliver; you will always receive a full refund in these cases.
• By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Digital product licence

When you buy a digital pattern, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own crafting. You may make and keep items produced from the pattern for personal use or as gifts. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, publish, or share the pattern file itself, in whole or in part;
• claim the pattern as your own work; or
• mass-produce items from the pattern for commercial sale without our prior written permission.

All patterns, images, and text on the Site are our intellectual property or used under licence, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Our full refund terms — including our 14-day satisfaction guarantee for digital patterns and free returns on physical items — are set out in the Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your non-waivable rights under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

6. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, placing fraudulent orders, or infringing anyone's intellectual property. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe these Terms are being broken.

7. Disclaimers

We take care to describe our products accurately, but the Site and its content are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Craft results depend on your materials, tension, and skill level, so finished items may differ from photographs. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we work to fix problems promptly.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your non-waivable statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, provided that this limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by the law of your state.

9. Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@quickbooksexpert.shop — almost every issue can be resolved quickly and informally, and we commit to responding within one business day. If you paid by PayPal, you may also use PayPal's Buyer Protection and dispute process. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that if you are a US consumer you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state, and you may bring claims in the courts of your state where the law gives you that right.

10. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between us regarding your purchase.
